1) 50% aggregate pass marks in Bachelors degree in any discipline (with maths and physics) or equivalent.
2) Marks of admission may vary with different institutes. Many universities conduct their own entrance exam for admission.

Please refer to the link provided below for the list of top colleges in Canada which offer courses in MS. You should be able to navigate to a course of your choice on the webpage. Your work experience in R&D would definitely be a plus point on your resume.

The eligibility is you need to have with at least 55 % marks either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering.
