Dear,
You are B.Sc honors with B.Ed so it is natural that if you like to proceed further study - it is M.Sc.
Now, you are thinking for alternative course LLB, and in a fix which one will be better. I think your confusion may work out of insecurity in terms of placement. It is common. You may think if you come to legal profession after LLB, there will be opening a separate legal professional path and your dependency on the job will be minimized. Hi Harika, 290 is an average GRE score, you may or may not get into a top ranked university and this will depend on your overall profile. Also your IELTS is low. 6.5 band is required generally. You must have completed your Bachelors with good grades too. Your SOP and LORs will also be counted. If the application package is strong then you have a chance.
