To be considered for application you must take the GRE and TOEFL. Apart from these exams you must have a very strong all-rounded profile, excellent academic grades in your Bachelor's degree, outstanding project work and research work, if you have publications it's very good, a good number of extracurricular activities are also seemed. Normally, CET's are conducted at undergraduate level to weed out large number of students who want to apply as compared with available seats. However, for MSc this is not the case and hence admissions are invariably based on marks scored in B.Sc.

Continue with your field with MLT. Though MBA is well paying but you will have to entirety step into a different game. Your degree will be of nil value. If you are very much interested in MBA then go for healthcare management. Otherwise continue with MLT.
