Hi Mehul, for MS in physics some of the best universities you can try are CalTech, MIT, Columbia University, PRINCETON University, Imperial College London, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, CARNEGIE MELLON University, etc.

Hi Aman, different universities have different requirements. German universities are very competitive, you have to be academically strong, have publications and demonstrate research work or potential etc. Visit the DAAD website for requirements and take the IELTS .I will recommend German language too.

Normally, students looking for admission into M.Tech have to appear for a qualifying examination, however, there are a few colleges which offer admission into their M.Tech programs through marks obtained in their B.Sc. and school level examinations.
