The eligibility required for M.Sc nursing:-
1) The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any Stat Nursing Registration Council.
2) The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc nursing
/ B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
3) The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc (Hons.) nursing
/ Post Basic B.Sc nursing in an institution which is recognised by Indian Nursing Council.

You can take your GRE, your HS record has nothing to do with it. You must also take your TOEFL or IELTS for meeting English language requirements. Every university has its own requirement, if you take IELTS you must score an overall 6.5.
