Hi Anuj,
Game engineering is a huge market abroad mainly in Ireland, Canada, USA, The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, UK to name a few. If you are highly skilled prospects are high. UK will be tough due to the work permit laws for international students.

Syllabus of both M.Sc CS and IT is similar and has an overlap of up to 80%-90%. CS grads have minor advantage that they may be considered for System Programmer job in addition I to Application Programmer's job. But in long run, both CS and M.Sc IT graduates have similar scope. Job opportunities will depend on university reputation and previous placement records.

Hi Mahendra,
It will depend on your profile, budget and the country. it is a good practice to complete your B.Sc here with very good grades and then enroll into a MS program abroad. Many universities requires or allow students to complete their Ph.D after MS. The final decision will be yours. If you have can maintain your academics and finance you can go anytime you want. Also, check that the university you apply to is a reputed one. Check with the university about student visa extensions and career assistance they would be providing. Speak with your family and well-versed professors too.

Yes, MIT offers both undergraduate and graduate scholarships but very competitive and limited to the international students unless you are extraordinary. They are also based on financial need. Kindly check these important links:

You can directly go for MBA as you are about to complete your graduation. First, you have to decide in which field you want to make career i.e. microbiology or management. Pursuing M.Sc and MBA both will not make much difference.
It would be better to go for MBA.

You may not able to do Ph.D in aeronautical engineering via M.Sc route. However, you are eligible to seek admission in 2nd year B.Tech aeronautical engineering as a lateral entry student after completing B.Sc in colleges such as Manipal University. With this route, you can pursue your educational dream.
