M.Sc CS is treated on par with B.Tech CS by Indian IT industry. Nowadays maximum fresher recruitment takes place by campus placement. Therefore, If you do M.Sc from a college with campus placement facilities and previous success records you will have no problem in getting a job.

Hello,
Thanks for asking.
If you have completed B.Sc. & want to get into Teaching field in Schools then you should pursue B.Ed.
But if you are dreaming of Lectureship in Indian Colleges & Universities then you have to qualify the net exam.
CSIR NET Exam is conducted for the science candidates who are willing to pursue Research Fellowship or Lectureship.
After qualifying the net exam, you will be eligible to directly apply for Lectureship / Professorship.
there are also too many other advantages of qualifying the net exam, like work in csir labs, pursue PhD, get a job in PSUs etc.
