If your final year subject is Chemistry, you can do M.Sc in Biochemistry, Chemistry, etc.
If final year subject is Microbiology, you can do M.Sc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life science, Biotech, etc.
If Zoology, then you can do masters in Life sciences, Zoology, Marine sciences, etc.

Look for any central university, IISERs, NISERs and even IITs which offer M.Sc through entrance IITJAM. You may check the list here:

You need to crack entrance exams like TIFR, IIT JAM, etc. There are some universities, which conduct their own exams.
