You should opt for M.Sc in biotechnology if you have immense interest in research and science. It requires hard work. You cannot get a good job only after completing the UG. You cannot get good salary package instantly.

If you want to work in chosen specialized computer science field then M.Tech is a very good option. M.Tech graduates draw better salary in comparison to M.Sc. IT graduates. You are advised to do M.Tech from IITs or NITs.
