Yes, you can do that. Even, if you clear that exam, you will have to face interview in which they will keep stressing on, why do you want change your field?

Theoretically, you can do both degree simultaneously. Majority of universities do not allow students to register for two courses simultaneously unless they have dual degree programs. However, you are advised to check with targeted universities about feasibility of doing two degree simultaneously where you are planning to do M.Sc. and B.Ed.

On completion of Ph.D you can use Dr. in front of your name. But you can not become a medical doctor and practice medical profession.

You must have done physics and chemistry too in class 12th as a Science student. B.Sc or M.Sc is not possible without it.So please share your concern in detail.
