Europe is a good destination. So is New Zealand. Applicants must ideally hold a B.Sc or equivalent in a related topic. If you are not from a related background you can apply if you have industry experience. The requirements and criteria vary with universities. Writtle College in UK, University College Cork Ireland, New Castle University UK, Technical University of Munich Germany,Wageningen University Netherlands and Victoria University of Wellington are some good choice.
