Dear Kenneth, few of the best universities I know of would be University of Miami, Columbia University, University of California-Los Angeles and University of Pennsylvania and University of Illinois at Chicago in USA. In Canada check the nursing schools of McGill University, University of Western, University of Alberta and University of Toronto. There are many more to the list. You must be giving the GRE to be admitted in US. Please visit the websites for admission requirements and other information.

But yes, if you work hard & if your Luck is with you then you can Expect it.
I want to suggest you that You should do further studies from a well known university or IIT's & IISC.
It will really help you to fulfill your dreams.
You can do M.Sc. from IIT's or IISC by clearing its entrance Exams - IIT JAM.
