B.Sc maths hons is a Bachelor's degree so it does give you better understanding than B.Sc general course but is not equivalent to M.Sc so if u plan to make a career in mathematics, go for Masters after B.Sc hons.

There are many options available for you.
the options you are choosing both are very good. But now it depends on your interest that in which field you want to.
If you are interested in research or education then you should go with M.Sc.
But I want to suggest you that you should do it with IIT's. Because it a great opportunity for you to get admission in IIT's & fulfill your dreams.

Since you are pursing M.Sc my suggestion is to pursue MBA IT, reason being this is of relative field and with good scope ahead and in demand as well.
or if you talk about HR and IB then let me tell you Scope of IB is much more than what is of HR.and since you are wiling for job in middle east my recomendation for you is IB.
