Definitely M.Sc. has better prospects as it is an advancement of your knowledge in particular field. Later if you have any plans to do M.Phil. or Ph.D. it is going to help you for sure.

M.Sc applied microbiology has better options abroad as can apply for industrial jobs. M.Sc medical microbiology the only option is to do Phd which is long duration course and compete MD microbiology in medical colleges for jobs.

Monica, Like most of the people, I could tell you that XYZ is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not.
