You can apply for BCA programme because most of the universities require ( math or Informatics practice or computer Science ) in class 12th and minimum 50 percentage too.
Even you can think of B.Sc-It and BFA Animation programme too .
So check the programme structure than choose the programme accordingly

Computer Operator & Programming Assistant:
Computer Operator & Programming Assistant ( COPA ) Trade :
It is Non-Engineering Trade.
i. Basic Qualification: Passed 12th class under 10+2 system or duly recognized Diploma in Engineering (other than Computers) from any polytechnic of 3 years duration.
ii. Certification : State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT).
iii. Duration of Course: 1 Years, Full Time.
iv. Syllabus: COPA Syllabus, Employability Skills Syllabus
