yes you can proceed with it as Masters Degree is IT is always fruitful but in my suggestion you should opt for MCA degree as MCA is higher degree as comparison to M.sc IT or CS and in any IT Based vacancy in Govt or Pvt they ask for BTECH or MCA only not for MSC IT Or CS
