It is possible to pursue B.Ed after an integrated MSc in Electronics & Telecommunication degree. A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university with a minimum percentage, typically between 50 and 55 percent, is normally required to be eligible for B.Ed programs. This prerequisite is satisfied by your integrated MSc degree, which enables you to apply to B.Ed. programs in order to pursue a career in teaching. Always confirm that you meet the exact requirements for admission to the school where you intend to apply.

It is a very good choice that you want to apply for MS in international business.  Learning Spanish for this course is not mandatory it is completely optional. But if you will learn Spanish it will definitely benefit for you in future. English is widely accepted language so English can be definitely used for this course. However having knowledge of other language than English will always provide you an added advantage over others.
