NIT Nagaland offers M.Tech in Power Systems Engineering in a full-time mode lasting for two years. The first year focuses on the basic engineering concepts and mathematics knowledge while the next three years follow a rigorous coursework pattern, including fundamental concepts related to Power Systems Engineering, practical lab work, industrial training, and project work. NIT Nagaland offers a total of four specialisations for its M.Tech course. The specialisations is offered are listed below:

NIT Nagaland offers a number of scholarships to its students. Most of these scholarships are offered by the District Welfare Officer (DWO) of various districts. These scholarships are based on merit/ social category/ economic backwardness. These are listed below in the tabular form:

The Integrated B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering programme at Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) has the following fee structure for the academic year 2022–2023:

Semester Fees: 13,625 (1st semester); 8,709–10,551 (later semesters)

One-time Fees:

• Admission and Enrollment Fee: 1,100
• Library Caution Money: 1,000
• University Caution Money: 2,000

The fee structure can be altered according to UGC/MoE guidelines. The eligibility criteria are:

• 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• 45% aggregate (General), 40% aggregate (SC/ST/OBC/PWD)
• Admission based on CUET (UG) scores.

To secure admission to the M.Tech programme at DPG Institute of Technology and Management (DPGITM), Gurgaon, candidates are required to have a valid GATE score. While the institute does not publicly disclose specific GATE cutoff scores, meeting the minimum qualifying marks in the GATE examination is essential. In addition to the GATE score, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories). For those without a GATE score, DPGITM may conduct its own entrance examination as an alternative pathway for admission.

University of Madras, Guindy placements are good; Course wise placements at UNOM Guindy are not present yet. However, the table below shows the placement statistics of PG 2-year in recent years.

Yes, through GATE  you can get admission in M.Tech at IIT Kanpur or IIT Delhi .  Register on IIT's admission portal + COAP; some courses may require interviews/tests.

Admission to M.Tech in CSE and M.Tech in ECE will be done through CCMT counselling while for all other courses through CUET PG. Candidates must ensure that they meet the subject-wise eligibility criteria for JNU M.Tech admission 2025.

To get a seat at IIST Trivandrum through CCMT, candidate must target a score mentioned in the cutoff list. The cutoff was released for different the categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the target score for different specialisations were at the range of 350 and 528, for different specialisations.
