Candidates who aspire to take admission in M.Tech courses offered by Takshashila University must fulfil the eligibility requirements in the first place. Further, eligible students can fill out the application form. The form is made available on the university's online admission portal. Once all the prospective students have filled the form, the admissions committee selects students for the programme based on their merit obtained in the last qualifying exam. As per the criteria, students with a BTech/BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply. Hence, studying maths is not compulsory.
