Distance B.E. /B.Tech and M.Tech courses are not valid as per UGC and AICTE guidelines. So you will faced difficulties in finding government as well as private jobs.

Hello Shraddha, it's very nice to hear from you that after doing your B.Sc. In statistics you are interested in doing your M.Tech. If I may ask query why you are interested in shifting from statistics to doing M.Tech a totally different field. I feel that even the job opportunities that you have as an expert or a professional in statistics are much more than what you will get after doing your M.Tech. My sincere advice to you would be to continue your study in statistics and go for M.Sc. Rather than going for M.Tech in some field. Hello Ganesh Gujar, It's Indeed very nice to SEE that you are interested in doing your post graduation in chemical engineering while you are working in the same field. Part time post graduation courses are of course available but for that normally speaking the student has to attend evening classes for classes over the weekend. This indicates that the college needs to be at the same place where you are working and it cannot be anywhere outside your place of working.
