Any candidate with an undergraduate degree in engineering or technology can apply for this course. Admission into this course can be obtained by appearing for entrance exam like GATE. A number of reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs and VIT provide this two year programme. So YES, you can opt for M.Tech Nano Technology.

M.Tech does not add any real value unless you are wanting to pursue exclusively technical career or study further overseas. It depends on what kind of job you are looking for. If you are looking for a lecturing job, then go ahead and do your M.Tech. If you are aspiring for higher studies out of interest, then go ahead. All the best.

ME Part time (Electrical power system) is a three years of duration course at GECA with total intake of 13. Admission to these programs is based on GATE score and will be done through DTE Maharashtra website www.mahacet.org
The eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate marks at BE/B. Tech in relevant subjects. So, you have to apply through the DTE Maharashtra official website.
