Yes, you can. Admissions to IIT are based on GATE score. They also need some minimum score in B.Tech too. You can check their brochure for exact eligibility details.

It is a question to be asked before the answer to your question is written. From where you have done your B Tech? If that had been from a place which is becoming your limitation to get a good job then you must join an IIT which is premier institute and is a name for employers. An M.Tech means a real Higher Degree to. Claim good jobs in Research and development as well.

No, you can't not even if you have internationally published and recognized projects. They want GATE. I don't know if it's an IIT thing or an MHRD thing but a person who spends most of his/her day doing really good projects has little time to prepare for exams like GATE and are usually not the type who sit idle and study for an exam for a year after finishing their degree.
So if you're bright, a hard worker, and doing good research/project work, in India you are out of luck.

Yes, you can secure good jobs after doing B.Tech. However, it would depend on your interest and career aspirations. If you are keen on pursuing research then doing M.Tech will be advisable as it will enhance your changes for better career options.
