You are eligible, because you did your PG in relevant field.

Yes, you can apply for M.Tech in civil engineering in ITI, because you had already done your B.Tech.

Dear Friend, Yes, you can obviously join for the course but before this please collect the below stated review from your seniors/faculty (as you are an alumni of the Himalayan University) -
1. Whether the course is available or not which you want.
2. The course fee is suitable in terms of ROI.
3. Placement analysis (take data from students & also from college).
4. Mode of training.
5. Whether the college provides any internship/live project. I think this will help you to judge further.

Hello,GATE is necessary for pursuing M.Tech, if you aspire to get admission in esteemed college. But, still few colleges offer their own entrance exam.
You can look for them.

AICTE does not recognize AMIE. Hence, it is highly improbable that universities affiliated to it do so.

You will have to check with the respective institute about it. AMIE is not AICTE recognized, hence I would suggest staying away from it.

Yes you can appear in UGC NET (computer science) after M.Tech WILP from BITS as it is recognised by UGC.
