Yes, after you completed MCA you can get admission to M.Tech If you did MCA then you can choose M.Tech computer Science engineering. M.Tech computer Science engineering is a two years PG course. M.Tech CSE is a study about advanced programming and software development, data analytics, AI, Database management. Eligibility criteria for M.Tech CSE :

Hello,
The admission in BITS-Pilani for ME. Structural Engineering are based on scores obtained in BITS HD or GATE entrance exams. You should go through the prospectus of the course provided by the university.

Please don't do M.Tech, as its a far different from MCA. I would suggest you to do higher course expert course in computer application.
