Yes, you can certainly apply for admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth's School of Distance Education. Any candidate who has completed 10+2 from a recognized board of education, with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for B.Com course in this institution.

PT Education, TIME, CH Edge Makers, Career Launcher, Cerebral Heights, IMS and there are many other institutes in Bhawarkua and Palasia areas. TIME is the most enrolled one by students. PT Education is also a good one, it started from Indore only. Career Launcher also a good one.

Both are much respected institutes. Joining either of them would not be regretted.
You should consider other factors such as the location of your home town, branch you are getting, placement statistics, importance of NIT tag to you and then decide.
I can tell you 1 thing for sure, i.e. joining NIT-B would be one of the best things ever happened to you.

This institute actually offers AME courses and not of aeronautical engineering. However, in view of the growth in the aviation sector, employment opportunities are very good.

As VIT-Bhopal was established in 2017, the cut-off will be low but not as low as you are mentioning. But I think you can get Bhopal or Amravati Campus. I will suggest you to see for other good colleges in your area like Jaipur or other good colleges in Bhopal, Indore and cities around you. If you have given JEE Mains then you can also go through that process. But mean while for B.Tech admissions in VIT, you are eligible they are taking rank upto 1.5 Lacs and above so you are eligible but you will get which stream it is hard to tell.
