To transfer your college you need to consult college (at which you want to seek admission) and ask them about the availability of seat in the preferred branch if they give green signal then you need to take out a NOC from your college ( Where you are studying right now) and then you can change your college. If your recent college does not provide you the NOC then you won't be able to do so.

Hi Serena,
This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure similar to vit Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And its infrastructure not fully completed and still its under development
If u think to take admission in vit then u should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if u r not getting this campus then u should try other university or college. Hope this helps. You can get admission over there. Even though the score is less. Some private campuses won't look into it. They will see whether you have attended the JEE exam. Go through the below link to get more details of other colleges which you can apply:

It will be a difficult to get admission in DAVV. But don't let the hope go. Try to apply for other campuses based on your rank. Also use the below link to know more about which campus you can shortlist according to your rank:
