Doing class 12th from CBSE is really good as the personality and vocabulary of CBSE students are better than Madhya Pradesh Boards. Also, the level of education and knowledge is also higher than Madhya Pradesh Board.
But, the main problem is you have to take admission in class 11th in CBSE to continue in class 12th. No CBSE schools will admit you directly in class 12th.

It depends where you are from, if you live in Indore itself, then go for medicaps.
But, if we compare these colleges, even then in my view you should opt medicaps over these.

As far as the mechanical faculty is considered they are highly qualified. Taking the hostel in consideration they are amongst the best hostels one can find in any government college and as far as other facilities are considered they are quiet decent.
