Also try for admission in some good private universities which are imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

No the cutoff is 99.99 percentile for ATMA. So you are not eligible for JBIMS.

Considering your ranks.I find it tough for you to get admission unless seats remains left after 3rd round.but for being sure about it.I suggest you to go through "cap round 1st cutoff 2015" which is there on site.
