It has decent brand reputation but placement and learning opportunity is average, not the preferred choice among recruiters. Better colleges are recommended for great paying jobs Like VJTI, BIMTECH, DJ Sanghvi, SPCE.

My suggestion is to check out cap round cutoff list, and if you belongs to any reserved category then yes you can get admission in good college irrespective of your score.
