68% is not bad so why you wish to waste another year in 12th. Though you can repeat 12th, just check for the admission in cbse school or may be NIOS is another option. If you could share your future career plan, it would be easy to guide you.

If you want to improve your English, then start the reading of newspapers like 'Times of India, Indian Express, The Hindu' and write the difficult words and their meanings in a notebook. Then, watch English News or listen commentary of sports in English. You'll definitely improve your English. There are a lot of classes for improving English.
