The highest offered package stood at INR 54.75 lakh per annum while the average package was INR12.59 lakh per annum for engineering students. Some of the leading employers are Adani, Adobe, Aditya Birla, Bank of America, and IBM. Manipal College of Health Professions takes care of the entire placement in a much larger scale with more students getting job positions in those huge hospitals and health institutions within different states of India and outside India 
They also have a good network of recruiters and placement support, which is considered to be strong.
They do have placements too, but fewer international ones. Placement packages are pretty low here. Although they maintain connections with local healthcare facilities, their wider industry network is not so strong in comparison.

The selection process for MBBS at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Manipal is based on merit in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG, followed by counseling. Eligibility. To be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, with a minimum aggregate of 50% and English as individual subjects. KMC Manipal does not offer direct admission. Candidates must appear for the NEET exam and undergo counseling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Candidates must score at least 50 percentile in the NEET exam if they are from the general category and 45 percentile for the reserved category.
