Hi Alwaz!
It is always better to pursue a degree programme than a Diploma programme. The employers will always give preference to a degree holder over a Diploma holder, especially at Under Graduate level. A graduation degree is recognised by universities for higher education and therefore has more credibility.

Hi Atif, Yes, you can surely pursue Masters in mass communication. The eligibility criteria require you to be a graduate in any stream from a recognised university with a minimum of 45-50% marks. You shall be appearing for an entrance exam which is a general aptitude test, after which your admission will be determined.
