Yes, you can pursue Mass communication after completing 10+2 from a recognized board of education. You will have to appear for an entrance test, which is a general aptitude test that includes quantitative aptitude test, Logical reasoning, English Language test and General Knowledge. The General Knowledge section includes current affairs and media awareness questions. You rank in this test will determine your admission. College has its own criteria of admission. Some might just take an interview, while others conduct an aptitude test to see how suitable you are for the course. The aptitude test generally covers 4 topics namely quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, English Language and core subject questions (direction and film making). You don't really have to pursue any further studies if you have completed your Bachelors in photography. You can directly join a job or open your own studio. Create your portfolio and showcase the same that will help you get more projects. Along with this, in long run, you may surely pursue short-term courses in order to stay updated with the current trends and setups.
