Amity University is in Noida and can be a good option. They have a state of the art studio and a community radio which are good to learn at. Besides, IIMC can also be a good option. Some channels like AajTak are also having their institutes which are totally private.

Hi Krishna,
Since your preference is Andhra Pradesh, Andhra University or Acharya Nagarjuna University would be the best choice of University to pursue MA in Mass Communication. A graduate in any discipline can apply for the course. You have to appear for Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) to get admission in Andhra University. For Acharya Nagarjuna University, you can apply directly to the college.

In order to take admission in certificate course in Ramanujan College, you don't need to appear for an entrance exam. You just need to clear your 10+2 from a recognized board.
