As I am a last year student from the same institute and from last three years I have been continuously working on my portfolio and within a couple of months placement companies must be approaching the institute. I am hoping to get placed as well.

LLB is more appropriate bit you know the years it will take. but it will make you eligible to practice LAW. You can enter Journalism even without BJMC if your Law skills are good for media works.

It is for people who are ready to explore various opportunities 24/7, without any constraints.
In short the person should be:
Good in language and vocabulary
Updated with current affairs
Efficient in meeting deadlines
Quick in responding to happenings
Keen interest for news
Outgoing
Qualification:
