About which particular institution you are asking? because there are some with Entrance but the private uNiversities have their own rules.

Dear, You are asking this ar a proper time. Banking is mostly competitive Exam based and for that you need to be a Graduate. Mass Comm can keep both options for you.
if you want one, I will suggest you see your strengths and Interests. Banking you can appear even after doing a Mass Comm Degree.

Many Colleges have Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Comm now. you can option for that degree of available otherwise be good with Communication Skills and General Studies/Awareness. Social Sciences like Political , Economics, Public Administration, Geography give a strong foot to an Arts students to do a Post Graduation in Mass Comm.
