Hello Rajat,
I don't understand how an university will give you a PR. You should check the Skilled Occupation List and get to know about the professions in demand, remember you have to first get a job. Talking about universities, it is always good to enrol into a top ranked university having strong industry network, however, getting a job will only depend on your own talents and academic performance. University of Melbourne is one of the best.

Hii Namrata, yes you can definitely pursue mass communication no matter what you did in your past. Mass communication course can be pursued at any age and after any course's completion.
