Hi Abhishek,
As one can say, the industry is doing quite well for itself and is predicted to do well for some years now. The students of this trade can look forward to working in public relations, television, films, publishing, journalism, editing, direction, etc. The thing to remember while applying to the industry is that people with strong people skills and a head for communication will be preferred any give day over others. Unfortunately, you cannot get admission in a college to pursue BA in journalism through lateral entry. It is simply unacceptable.

Hi Riya,
Although you can, but it is advisable for you complete your class 12th in any of the streams (mainly arts and humanities) to pursue a course in acting. You can in fact pursue your graduation in acting or BJMC which will make you an actor and a graduate at the same time. Completing class 12th will also make your career more secure than other Diploma courses.

If you want to do PG courses like airlines, hospital management, tourism or journalism, you need to have a UG degree of any of this subject or relevance, as an example, if you want to do a PG in journalism so you need to have Bachelor's degree in journalism or relevance subject to get admission.
