For under-graduation, the best colleges are: Christ University, St Josephs College and Mount Carmel (All-girls college)
For post-graduation, National Institute of Creative Communication is the best.

You can definitely pursue MA in journalism and mass communication through distance however, it's not recommended. MA in mass communication and journalism is a course full of practical studies and exposure and it's very hard to attain these skills via theory.
