After completing your class 12th with any stream, you can do Bachelor in media/ journalism. After completing Bachelors degree, you can go for Masters in mass communication.

Drawing/ creative hand is a must. Good skills of drawing signify creative mind. If you feel that your hands are bad with pencil but good with mouse, you can go ahead. Visual communication can be a better option than design, if you know your drawing skills.
