Branding is the creation of a brand and all the upcoming elements/features that are necessary for creating and establishing a brand. So to be really short, putting a brand on a product and then marketing the product with that brand.
Brand management is some sort of a maintenance. Once the brand is already in the marketplace, all the adjustments that follow are part of its management. It would be a series of managerial decisions that enable the adaptation of the brand to the current situation. Branding is not about stamping a trademark on everything, but guiding and managing relationships with your customers.

Hi,
Fine art photography is photography created in accordance with the vision of the artist as photographer. Fine art photography stands in contrast to representational photography, such as photojournalism, which provides a documentary visual account of specific subjects and events, literally re-presenting objective reality rather than the subjective intent of the photographer; and commercial photography, the primary focus of which is to advertise products or services.
