Dear Rajat,
Photo Journalism, Print Journalism and TV Journalism are three different bifurcations of Journalisms. All the three streams are good to go depending upon your area of interest and skills.
You should select the stream in which you are good at and can pursue with complete passion and Journalism is all about passion and zeal stand out of the crowd.

If you want to pursue a career into Mass Communication and Journalism, then I would advice you to go for a regular post graduate course in Mass communication and Journalism.
In case you want to switch to another field, then MBA HR can be the choice for you.
You can do PhD after both the courses. Make a wise decision!
