Hi Gayatri,
After the BBA program, graduates have three options available in front of them- start up own company/venture or join an Event Management firm or go for higher studies (MBA).

2-year course pursued after the successful completion of the graduation (any stream) from a recognized University with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. (minimum 45% for SC/ST candidates)

10+2 is the basic qualification for pursuing most of the PR and journalism courses. There are certificate courses which don't have credibility. I would not advise you to go for those certificate courses.
