Mass Communication

You are advised to evaluate MA in mass communication to fulfil your dream. Institute offers intensive two-years/four-semester course in MA in mass communication. The course offers a systematic progression of hands-on production work and theoretical papers that allow students to experience the full range of technical expertise, Conceptual skills and artistic expression are required to become an accomplished media practitioner in a social and technological environment where media, art and communication converge, engaging a diverse landscape of screens, platforms and audiences.

You have following options to learn acting and become a film, TV or theater actor:
(a) The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) is an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India and aided by the central government. It is situated on the premises of the erstwhile Prabhat Film Company in Pune. Since its inception in 1960, FTII has become India's premier film and television institute, with its alumni becoming technicians, actors and directors in the film and television industry. You are advised to evaluate joining FTII-Pune to become an actor. It offers two years postgraduate Diploma in acting. Any Bachelor's degree holder is eligible to seek admission in this course. There are total 10 seats in every course.
(b) National School of Drama (NSD) is a theatre training institute situated at New Delhi, India. It is an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. NSD provides a three year full-time Diploma Course for entrants intending to make theatre their profession. Lots of film & TV actors are alumni of NSD.
(c) Some known film stars such as Anupam Kher run their own acting academies. You can also join such private acting academies.
