Hey Garima,
Yes definitely you can do mass communication after your MBA. Generally mass communication courses don't have higher or any special eligibility criteria so you can go for that. Probably you will get admission based on the required degree for Mass Comm not MBA. Moreover it is not like good or bad for doing any course after MBA, if you think you can do it you should go for it.

yes there is wide option,you can go for diploma in mass communication or post graduate in mass communication.But as you are a student of commerce so it would be better to do first diploma, because for post graduation course there should basic knowledge of the field.
