No, you can't open a clinic after your Diploma you have to pass the test conducted by government to get the licence. And after that you are free to open your clinic.

This is a really awesome question. Most of the students who could not get through their JEE Mains are in this confusion. Believe me even I had this question in my mind when I was going through all this, but then I choose to get into a college and the reasons for doing so are:
I was not good at Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. I am a general category student. I did not wanted to waste my one year preparing for something which I knew I was not apt enough for. Normally when you join any institute for a digital marketing course, the duration can go from 2 Months to 6 Months. Many institutes offer One Year Diploma in Digital Marketing where they teach the fundamentals for 2-3 months, and place you for Internship for the rest course duration with a basic stipend.
