Of course unless a student clears all the subjects, he /she will not get degree Certificate. You can perhaps find out as to how many subjects you cleared in second or more attempts. This number could be called as backlogs

I your case MBA ( executive ) would be a good option or distance MBA. Executive MBA from top b school or distance MBA from IGNOU/ Symbosis/ Anamali/ KUK could be a good choice. Best wishes.
