Also please note majority of colleges / institutes offer transport facility + a lot of cab services available for students to travel at a very reasonable cost. You will find their numbers / contacts outside the GATE of all the colleges. Their representatives move outside the gates and distribute their cards / pamplets. If you want to immigrate to Canada it's better to have sufficient experience, through one year Diploma you do not learn anything major that could help you secure a job there. I would suggest you go there on a study visa.
