No, both are different colleges, so there is no point of getting seat in Uttaranchal PG College through Doon Paramedical Entrance Exam. There is different admission procedure for both Uttaranchal PG College and Doon institution. Good Luck.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Accounts/ research / academics/teaching area then M.Com is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.
