Average wages for chemical engineer are: $35-$40/ hour. The highest and the lowest wages for chemical engineer: $70.38$ and $35.20.

According to me, France will be a better option because of the quality of knowledge, teaching methods and various other education related benefits. This country is one of the top countries of European Union, in terms of food, education, tourism, etc. Therefore, if money is not an issue, which I think is not an issue for you, then France is the best option but coming to part-time jobs and working along with studies, it depends on the Visa and permissions related to it.
