Yes, of course. Doing graduation in mechanical engineering will give you a very good perspective for future specialization in automobile engineering. In fact in the beginning, automobile engineering was considered as a sub branch of mechanical engineering. Hi Sunny Singh,
Don't know what age has to do with this. If he has the relevant background, good academics, valid test scores and meet other requirements he can. If there is any gap he must justify or have work experience. Depends on whether or not he meets admission criteria on the whole.

Yes of course, you don't need experience for a MS courses. It is required for MBA. You can check universities in Australia and New Zealand. There are many programme options and post study work options are good. You can also try US and UK.
